Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the MH VoiceHub AI voice agent platform for HVAC companies ("Platform") provided by MH VoiceHub ("MH VoiceHub," "we," "us"). By purchasing or using the Platform, you ("Customer," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. The Platform

MH VoiceHub is an AI voice agent platform for HVAC contractors that includes a connected dashboard, delivered as two components:

Setup & Onboarding: a one-time process that activates your AI voice agent, connects call forwarding, provisions your MH VoiceHub dashboard, and prepares your account to go live.
Monthly Plan: ongoing access to the AI voice agent, call answering minutes, your MH VoiceHub dashboard, and related support, billed on a recurring monthly basis.

2. Fees & Billing

The Setup & Onboarding fee is $750, billed once at the time of purchase.
The Monthly Plan is $450 per month, billed on a recurring basis starting at signup and every 30 days thereafter, and includes 500 minutes of AI-answered calls.
Usage beyond 500 minutes in a billing month is charged at $0.50 per minute and included on your next monthly invoice.
Prices are shown in USD and do not include any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

Payments are processed securely via Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles checkout, payment collection, and applicable sales tax and VAT on our behalf. Your payment information is submitted directly to Paddle, and MH VoiceHub does not collect or store your card details.

3. Refunds & Cancellation

The $750 Setup & Onboarding fee is non-refundable once account activation has begun (including AI voice agent training, dashboard provisioning, or call routing setup).
The Monthly Plan may be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. There is no long-term contract.
Monthly Plan fees already billed are non-refundable, except where required by law or at MH VoiceHub's discretion.
Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's buyer policies as Merchant of Record. Contact momin@mhvoicehub.com to start a request.

4. Activation Timeline

We target an active Platform within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the information needed to configure your AI voice agent, such as your service list, pricing, service area, and call-forwarding access. Delays in providing this information may extend the timeline.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information (services offered, pricing, service area, and scheduling availability) used to configure your AI voice agent.
You are responsible for maintaining active call forwarding from your business number and for your MH VoiceHub dashboard credentials.
You are responsible for reviewing booked appointments and dashboard records for accuracy.

6. Platform Availability

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform depends on third-party infrastructure, including telephony and AI voice processing, that is outside our direct control.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MH VoiceHub's total liability arising from or related to the Platform is limited to the fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim. MH VoiceHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost business or missed appointments.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms. You may cancel the Monthly Plan at any time as described in Section 3.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which MH VoiceHub operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where superseded by Paddle's own terms as Merchant of Record for payment-related matters.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
